These are hand made wooden topwater baits. Make lot of wooden lures i been trying to make the smallest one i could and this is it. Baby bass stack. weight is 1/2 oz ,2 inchs long,4# mustard hooks, Theres blades on front and back the front one can be taken off and fish just back one.  its so small bass will think it just a little stck swimming on top of the water.
